Marywood University joins a national campaign with the #DoublePell Alliance. Millions of students nationwide rely on Pell Grants in order to earn a college degree, and because the grant’s buying power has fallen, a national effort has been organized to double the Pell Grant. The Association of Catholic Colleges and Universities is an active participant in this effort, and, as a result of Marywood’s membership in ACCU, along with its longtime concern for students from low-income families, Marywood is committed to advancing this initiative.
