Vice-President of Finance and Operations
As the Vice President of Finance and Operations, Caitlyn records and disseminates the minutes of each Cabinet and General Membership meeting. She is responsible for an accurate account of participation of all Student Alumni Association members, composing updated phone and address lists as well as semester calendars to be distributed to the members on request. Caitlyn maintains an up-to-date calendar of events and space requests for SAA, manages the SAA email account and remains in contact with Director of Alumni Engagement and Director of Student Engagement about financial plans for the year.
Tommy Flynn '22
In his second year as the President, Tommy serves as the liaison between the club/organization and administrative offices. He is the presiding officer of all meetings of the Cabinet and General Membership. He serves on the Alumni Association Board of Directors as an ex-officio member and sits on the Alumni Weekend committee hosted by the Office of Alumni Engagement.
Ellen Frantz '23
As the Content Manager, Ellen will produce the Student Alumni Association monthly e-newsletter and create monthly Student Spotlights to be utilized by our Digital and Social Media Coordinator. She also has oversight of the marketing/content calendar.
Emily Gunsel '24
Director of Campus & Community Service
As the Director of Campus & Community Service, Emily will coordinate and oversee monthly campus and community service opportunities for SAA. She will create service projects that could potentially collaborate with the alumni community and implement a semester day of service for both alumni and students to participate.
Ashlyn Jess '22
Digital and Social Media Coordinator
As the Digital and Social Media Coordinator, Ashlyn works to publicize all Student Alumni Association-sponsored events and meetings through organization media outlets. She promotes membership recruitment efforts and oversees all social media platforms (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
Carrie Kraynak '24
Director of Young Emerging Professionals
As the Director of Young Emerging Professionals, Carrie will coordinate speakers for each level of the program (by class year) and plan at least two networking opportunities a semester.
Michael Romano '24
Director of Events
As the Director of Events, Michael will coordinate and implement special events throughout the academic year to enhance the campus visibility of the organization. He will work with the Office of Student Engagement to plan and assist during Senior Week, coordinate Boss of the Toss competitions throughout the year, and assist the University Advancement Graduate Assistant in the planning of Philanthropy Day and Giving Day.
